
JEFF LOTMANCEO Jeff Lotman, a well-accomplished business veteran with over 15 years experience as a top executive at a multi-billion dollar manufacturing company, has developed and marketed brands for such clients as McDonald’s and Kraft. Jeff launched Global Icons over 12 years ago; and his experience developing brands has quickly led his company to the forefront of the licensing industry with an impressive client list of world-renowned trademarks, brands, and entertainment properties.
Jeff has also been a featured speaker at leading industry events including Entertainment Marketing Conference, Young President Organization, Licensing Show, LA Roadshow, UCLA and others; and he is a member of Licensing Industry Merchandiser's Association (LIMA) and the Licensing Executives Society (LES).

MIKE GARDCOO Bringing with him over 20 years of licensing industry experience, Mike joined Global Icons in January 2001. He is responsible for the company’s day-to-day operations including the sales, marketing, finance and legal units. As a partner in the company, Mike plays a key role in seeking new growth opportunities through strategic business developments and brand acquisitions.
Prior to joining Global Icons, Mike held a succession of managerial positions at Viacom Consumer Products/Paramount Licensing Group in his eight years with the company, most recently as Vice President of Business Development & Finance. His previous work also includes six years at KPMG as an Audit Manager in the entertainment practice.
Mike, a Certified Public Accountant, earned his bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Nebraska.

BILL MCCLINTONSVP of Licensing In March 2001, Bill joined Global Icons as Director of Licensing and soon after was promoted to SVP of Licensing responsible for developing, managing, and implementing creative merchandising programs for both domestic and international markets. As a seasoned licensing executive and partner in the company, Bill is credited for the expansion of several successful brand extension programs for the company including Baileys, Build-A-Bear Workshop, and Cold Stone Creamery.
Before joining Global Icons, Bill was a Licensing Manager at Twentieth Century Fox where he was responsible for multiple licensing categories for all feature film, classic film and television properties. Prior to Fox, he spent three years at Disney licensing collectibles and fine art.
Bill is a graduate of The Ohio State University with a B.S. in Family Financial Management
